• Billing details needed to manage subscriptions and invoices. Card data is handled by our payment processor stripe and is not stored on Dancey servers.
• Product usage such as page views, feature adoption, device/browser details, IP address, and session timestamps.
• Communications and support history, including preferences for product updates and marketing emails.

How we use your information

We use your data to operate the platform, communicate clearly, and keep onboarding smooth.

• Provide and personalize the Dancey experience, including onboarding new clients and managing your subscription.
• Send essential service notices (billing, security, product changes) and optional marketing updates you can opt out of anytime.
• Monitor reliability, performance, and adoption to improve features and reduce friction in the signup flow.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing happens to run the service and comply with the law.

• Trusted providers such as hosting, analytics, email, and payment processors, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
• Members of your team or organization when you invite them to collaborate inside Dancey.
• Regulators or authorities when required to comply with legal obligations or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing), where data remains protected and subject to this policy or an equivalent one.
